Jill Leslie discovered Ayurveda & Yoga in her journey toward restoring her health. Rooted in simplicity, and  incorporating every aspect of life, traditional Ayurveda offered her a “back-to-basics” approach to health and wellness. Through the lens of Ayurveda, she was able to identify the areas and aspects of her life that were creating imbalance and make the necessary changes to restore health and harmony.

Jill is a a graduate of The Advanced Studies Program at Shubham Ayurveda, a Certified Ayurvedic Wellness and Nutritional Consultant from Kerala Ayurveda and a Certified Practitioner  of Ayurveda & Aromatherapy from The Dhyana Center of Health Sciences, where she completed her post certification internship. Kitchen Alchemy Treats is a natural extension of Jill’s love of sweets, passion for herbal medicine and nutrition. When she learned the adage of Ayurveda, “Let your Food Be you Medicine” she put on her apron and said, “Let your Medicine  be Delicious.” Kitchen Alchemy Treats are made with the principles of Ayurveda, using the potent medicinal delivery systems of ghee (clarified butter) and raw honey, to effectively allow the healing benefits of the herbs to naturally be digested and absorbed into the body and reach into the most subtle channels and deepest tissues.
